Currently, colleges cannot stand alone. Colleges are required to have quality by collaborating with other colleges both domestically and internationally.
On March 28-31, 2023, the director of STARKI Dr. Rer. Pol. A.Y. Agung Nugroho and the vice director of Academic Affair of STARKI Dr. Agustinus Rustanta, departed for the Philippines to establish cooperation with four universities: the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), Miriam College, Dilliman University, and La Consolation. These colleges agreed to collaborate with STARKI in various forms of cooperation, including student and faculty exchange, joint research, social services, and publication of scientific works. These forms of cooperation will be followed up and implemented in the upcoming academic semester of 2023/2024. This is done to improve the quality of education at STARKI and its partner universities.
In addition to visiting these universities, Dr. Agung and Dr. Agus attended an international seminar at The Third International Conference on Engineering, Social Science, and Humanities (3rd ICESSU 2023) held at Antique University Manila on March 30-31, 2023. Participation in this international event is one of the efforts to participate in international events abroad. The benefits for the faculty members include constantly acquiring knowledge, receiving and sharing knowledge with professors and practitioners from various countries.
